Jerzy Nadarzewski – Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Jerzy Nadarzewski has been the Member of the Supervisory Board of Grupa Kapitałowa IMMOBILE S.A. since 2001.

Graduate of the Law Faculty of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Between years 1975 and 1989, he worked in the Regional Arbitration Commission in Bydgoszcz, and since 1990 he has been running the Office of Legal Counsel – he specializes in economic (commercial law) and civil issues. In his previous professional career, he also performed functions at the supervisory boards of several commercial law companies.
Beata Jerzy - Chancellor of the Supervisory Board

Beata Jerzy has been a Member of the Supervisory Board of Grupa Kapitałowa IMMOBILE S.A. since 2006.

She is a graduate of Medical Academy in Bydgoszcz. She began her professional career in 1993 in Przychodnia Piastowska in Bydgoszcz - for the first four years, as a general practitioner, then as a dermatologist. In years 2003-2004, she co-owned and practised as dermatologist in Vitamed clinic in Bydgoszcz. Since 2005, she has been working in the academic clinic in Bydgoszcz as dermatologist. 

She owns (in co-ownership with her husband Rafał Jerzy) 18.147.724 (24,91 %) of shares and votes in the General Assembly of Shareholders of Grupa Kapitałowa IMMOBILE S.A.
Andrzej Paczuski - Member of Supervisory Board

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw at Warsaw University, as well as a licensed tax advisor. In 2003 Andrzej Paczuski obtained an Executive MBA from the University of Illinois. He completed the course for investment advisers.

Recognized expert in tax counseling for financial sector and real estate. The author of monograph "Taxation of corporate income tax", published by C.H. Beck Publishing House, and many articles concerning the taxation of financial institutions, published in the Polish and foreign press.

In the ranking of Tax Advisory Firms organized by the Rzeczpospolita, Andrzej Paczuski in 2008, 2009 and 2010 was choosen as the best financial tax advisor in Poland. In the same ranking in 2014 Mr. Paczuski was nominated as a recommended corporate tax advisor and in 2007 he was named one of the top three advisers in the tax optimization category.

For more than 10 years he worked for the PwC Tax Advisory Team. Since 2006, he has been a managing partner at Paczuski Taudul Law Office.

Rafał Płółkarz - Member of the Supervisory Board

Doctor of economic sciences. A graduate of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and the College of Europe (supervisor: Prof. L. Balcerowicz). Studies and training at foreign universities in Angers, Nancy and DePaul University in Chicago.

In the years 1994-2007, an employee of the following banks: Société Générale, Polski Bank Rozwoju, BRE Bank (currently mBank) and Bank BPH. In the last two banks he held the functions of the director of private banking departments in the years 2002-2007, managed several dozen sales and consulting teams in the area of ​​private banking.

In 2007-2009 he was the vice-president and a member of the Management Committee of the private bank Edmond de Rothschild in Luxembourg, and the founder and general director of the Polish representative office of this bank specializing in wealth management services.

Since 2009, a member of supervisory boards and audit committees of three companies of the Caspar capital group, a non-banking leader in the market of asset management services and distribution of investment funds: Caspar Asset Management SA, Caspar TFI SA and F-Trust SA.

Assistant professor at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa in Toruń (from 2009), Kozminski University in Warsaw (from 2000) and at the University of Technology and Life Sciences in Bydgoszcz (2017-2018).

Author of scientific publications in the field of finance and banking, including the monograph "Global financial markets" (PWN 2013) and "Personal banking" (CeDeWu 2017).
