PROJPRZEM MAKRUM S.A. the Industrial Group, has been operating on the market since 1990. Currently, it is a dynamically growing company, present on the international market, in over 30 countries and three continents. The company operates in following segments: docking solutions, heavy machines, parking systems and general contracting. A distinguishing feature of the company, creating its competitiveness, is the synergy of the above segments for more complete and more effective meeting of market needs.

Activities of PROJPRZEM MAKRUM S.A., listed on WSE since 1999, focus on three main areas. The first is the production of machines, mainly for mining, food, energy and chemical industry. The second business segment includes commercial construction. As a General Contractor the company builds industrial buildings, warehouses and commercial buildings. The last area are docking solutions, whose production and distribution is carried out through subsidiaries - PROMStahl Poland Sp. o.o. and PROMStahl GmbH. The company also develops the concept of automatic parking systems.
Crushing and grinding machines
The activity in this sector is based on 150 years of experience of the Makrum brand in manufacturing of machinery for, among others, cement, mining, chemical and paper industries. Flagship products of the brand are crushers, mills and dryers. The Group also has large developmental production potential and as an addition to traditional machines, expands its offer with innovative projects and new products, adapted to the requirements of the market.
Parking Systems
MODULO Parking Sp. o.o. continues the idea of automatic parking systems, which originated in MAKRUM Project Management. Building on the experience, knowledge and production facilities of MAKRUM, our engineers have developed and created a revolutionary automatic parking systems, in response to the problems of parking in crowded cities.

Docking solutions
PROJPRZEM MAKRUM S.A. has a very strong position on the European market as one of the leading suppliers of docking solutions. In order to sell complete docing systems, two companies were established: PROMStahl Polska Sp. z o.o., responsible for sales in Central and Eastern Europe and PROMStahl Gmbh, responsible for sales in Western Europe. They cooperate with internal PROM Export Group responsible for expansion into new markets.
Industrial construction
Industrial construction is the primary activity of the company, which for over 60 years has been designing and building facilities in many market segments, offering investors an individual approach to each investment. A solid financial base, supported by the transparency of the company listed on the WSE, ensures the security of the investment. The activity is carried out by PROJPRZEM Budownictwo Sp. z o.o., with branches in Bydgoszcz and Poznań, which, thanks to many years of experience and extensive knowledge of the construction industry, is able to offer the highest standard of services and solutions tailored to customers’ needs.
